What You Can Appeal

You may submit an appeal if you believe Mor made an incorrect decision related to:

  • Safety or content enforcement actions, including content removal, restrictions, or account actions
  • Privacy rights requests, including denied or partially fulfilled access, deletion, correction, or portability requests

Appeals are intended to review specific decisions that have already been made. They are not a general feedback channel.

What Cannot Be Appealed

Appeals are not the right path for:

  • Reporting new safety issues or policy violations
  • Submitting general questions, feedback, or feature requests
  • Challenging decisions that have not yet been made

For new reports or requests, please use the appropriate Trust Center tools.

How Appeals Are Reviewed

  • Appeals are reviewed separately from the original decision.
  • Reviews consider the information you provide, relevant context, and applicable policies or legal requirements.
  • In some cases, we may request additional information to complete the review.

Submitting new, relevant information can help us reassess a decision.

Timing

Appeals are reviewed as promptly as possible. Review time may vary depending on complexity, volume, and whether additional verification or information is required. We will notify you once the review is complete.

Outcomes

After review, we may:

  • Uphold the original decision
  • Modify the decision
  • Reverse the decision

Some appeal outcomes may be final, subject to applicable law.

Abuse and Misuse

To protect the integrity of our systems:

  • Repeated, duplicative, or abusive appeals may not be reviewed.
  • Appeals submitted in bad faith may be deprioritized or declined.
