Community Guidelines

Standards and rules for participating in the Mor community.

1. Overview

These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") establish the standards for acceptable content and conduct on Mor. They apply to all users, all content, and all interactions with the Service.

Mor is designed to be a high-quality, safe, and trustworthy environment for discovering information and interacting with AI-powered systems. These Guidelines define what is and is not permitted to maintain that environment.

These Guidelines are incorporated into and supplement Mor's Terms of Service. Compliance with these Guidelines is a condition of using Mor. In the event of conflict between these Guidelines and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.

2. Scope

These Guidelines apply to:

  • All content submitted to, generated by, or transmitted through Mor, including text, images, files, and other media
  • All conduct on or through Mor, including interactions with AI features, other users, and Mor systems
  • Attempts to use Mor to facilitate harm, whether the harm occurs on or off the platform
  • Off-platform conduct that targets Mor users, compromises platform integrity, or violates these Guidelines
  • Use of Mor through any interface, including websites, mobile applications, APIs, and integrations

These Guidelines apply regardless of whether conduct occurs through direct interaction, automation, third-party tools, or indirect means.

2.1 Policy Hierarchy

The following documents govern use of Mor, listed in order of precedence in the event of conflict:

  1. Terms of Service
  2. Acceptable Use Policy
  3. Community Guidelines (this document)
  4. Content Policy

3. Definitions

The following terms have the meanings set forth below when used in these Guidelines:

  • "Content" means any text, images, audio, video, files, data, prompts, inputs, outputs, or other material submitted to, generated by, or transmitted through the Service.
  • "Services" or "Service" means Mor's websites, mobile applications, APIs, AI features, and related infrastructure.
  • "AI Features" means any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automated systems provided through the Service, including language models and their outputs.
  • "Personal Data" means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to a specific individual.
  • "Platform Abuse" means any action that undermines, circumvents, or degrades the security, integrity, availability, or intended operation of the Service.
  • "Harassment" means conduct directed at a specific individual or group that is intended to or reasonably likely to intimidate, degrade, threaten, or cause substantial emotional distress.
  • "Hate" means content or conduct that attacks, demeans, or incites violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or serious medical condition.
  • "Impersonation" means falsely claiming or implying affiliation with, endorsement by, or identity as another person, organization, or entity in a manner likely to deceive.
  • "Jailbreak" means any attempt to circumvent, disable, or bypass safety systems, content filters, usage restrictions, or other guardrails built into AI Features.
  • "Prompt Injection" means providing inputs designed to manipulate AI Features into ignoring instructions, revealing system information, or producing outputs that violate these Guidelines.
  • "Model Extraction" means systematic attempts to replicate, reverse-engineer, or extract the weights, parameters, training data, or other proprietary elements of AI Features.
  • "We," "Mor," or "us" refers to Mor Technologies, Inc. and its affiliates.
  • "You" or "user" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use Mor to create, submit, distribute, or facilitate any of the following. This list is non-exhaustive; Mor may take action against content or conduct that violates the spirit of these Guidelines even if not explicitly listed.

4.1 Illegal Activity

  • Content or conduct that violates applicable law
  • Facilitation of illegal acts, including instructions or guidance for committing crimes
  • Distribution of controlled substances, weapons, or other regulated items in violation of law
  • Money laundering, unlicensed financial services, or evasion of financial regulations

4.2 Violence and Threats

  • Credible threats of violence against any individual or group
  • Content that glorifies, incites, or instructs violence or physical harm
  • Terrorist content, violent extremism, or glorification of mass violence
  • Content that coordinates, facilitates, or celebrates acts of violence

4.3 Hate and Harassment

  • Hate speech or hateful conduct targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
  • Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or targeted abuse
  • Coordinated campaigns to harass individuals
  • Content designed to shame, humiliate, or degrade specific individuals
  • Threats, including threats to expose private information

4.4 Sexual Exploitation and Abuse

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including "revenge porn"
  • Sexual content involving minors in any form
  • Content that sexualizes minors or facilitates child exploitation
  • Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual content directed at individuals
  • Content promoting sexual services in violation of law

4.5 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Exploitation

Mor maintains zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. This includes:

  • Any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor
  • AI-generated, computer-generated, or manipulated imagery depicting minors in sexual situations
  • Content that sexualizes minors, including "ageplay" with adult participants
  • Grooming, enticement, or solicitation of minors
  • Sharing, requesting, or distributing CSAM
  • Any content that facilitates or promotes child exploitation

Mor will remove such content immediately upon detection and may report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement authorities where legally required. Accounts involved in such content will be permanently terminated without notice.

4.6 Self-Harm

  • Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for suicide or self-injury
  • Content that encourages eating disorders or dangerous weight-loss practices
  • Challenges or activities that encourage dangerous or self-harming behavior

4.7 Privacy Violations

  • Doxxing: sharing private information (addresses, phone numbers, financial information, etc.) without consent
  • Stalking or tracking individuals
  • Unauthorized collection, use, or disclosure of personal data
  • Accessing accounts, systems, or data without authorization

4.8 Fraud, Scams, and Phishing

  • Scams, fraud, or schemes to deceive users for financial gain
  • Phishing attempts or credential harvesting
  • Ponzi schemes, advance-fee fraud, or similar deceptive financial schemes
  • Fake giveaways, contests, or promotions designed to deceive

4.9 Impersonation and Deceptive Synthetic Media

  • Impersonating individuals, organizations, or officials
  • Creating fake accounts to mislead others about identity or affiliation
  • Deepfakes or synthetic media designed to deceive about the identity or statements of real people
  • Misrepresenting AI-generated content as human-created when context requires disclosure

4.10 Harmful Misinformation

  • Health misinformation that could cause physical harm, including false claims about treatments, vaccines, or medical procedures
  • Civic misinformation designed to interfere with elections, voting, or democratic processes
  • Fabricated claims about emergencies, disasters, or public safety that could cause panic or harm
  • Coordinated disinformation campaigns

4.11 Intellectual Property Infringement

  • Copyright infringement, including unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material
  • Trademark violations or counterfeiting
  • Circumvention of digital rights management (DRM) or access controls

4.12 Spam and Manipulation

  • Spam, including unsolicited bulk messaging or promotional content
  • Fake engagement, including artificial inflation of metrics or coordinated inauthentic behavior
  • Manipulation of search, recommendation, or ranking systems
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade enforcement or manipulate the platform

4.13 Malware and Security Abuse

  • Distribution of malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities in Mor systems or infrastructure
  • Denial-of-service attacks or attempts to disrupt service availability
  • Using Mor to attack, probe, or compromise third-party systems

4.14 Platform Abuse

  • Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of content or data beyond permitted use
  • Circumventing rate limits, access controls, or usage restrictions
  • Using the Service in ways that degrade performance or availability for others
  • Selling, reselling, or redistributing access to the Service without authorization
  • Bypassing payment, subscription, or licensing requirements

Mor reserves the right to take enforcement action against any content or conduct that violates these Guidelines, threatens user safety, undermines platform integrity, or otherwise harms Mor or its users, even if such content or conduct is not explicitly enumerated above.

5. AI-Specific Rules

The following rules apply specifically to use of Mor's AI Features:

5.1 Prohibited Uses of AI Features

You may not use AI Features to:

  • Generate content that violates these Guidelines or applicable law
  • Attempt jailbreaks, prompt injections, or other techniques to bypass safety systems
  • Attempt model extraction, reverse engineering, or replication of AI systems
  • Generate malware, exploit code, phishing content, or other malicious material
  • Create deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive
  • Produce content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Generate spam or content for coordinated inauthentic behavior
  • Circumvent content filters or automated moderation systems

5.2 Accuracy and Reliance

AI-generated outputs are provided for general informational purposes only. AI Features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it.

AI Features do not provide professional advice. Outputs should not be relied upon as medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for such matters.

5.3 Automated Enforcement

Mor uses automated systems to detect and prevent violations of these Guidelines, including content filters, abuse detection, and safety classifiers. These systems operate in real-time and may block, filter, or flag content or conduct that appears to violate these Guidelines.

6. Enforcement

Mor may take enforcement action in response to violations of these Guidelines. Enforcement actions are determined at Mor's sole discretion.

6.1 Enforcement Actions

Mor may take any of the following actions (non-exhaustive):

  • Content removal or restriction
  • Content labeling or demotion in visibility
  • Warnings or educational notices
  • Temporary or permanent limitation of features
  • Rate limiting or throttling
  • Account suspension (temporary or permanent)
  • Account termination
  • Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required
  • Legal action to protect Mor, its users, or third parties

6.2 Factors Considered

In determining what enforcement action to take, Mor may consider:

  • Severity of the violation
  • Whether the violation was intentional
  • Actual or potential harm caused
  • History of prior violations or warnings
  • Attempts to evade detection or enforcement
  • Vulnerability of affected individuals (e.g., minors)
  • Legal obligations or requirements
  • Any other factors Mor deems relevant

6.3 Discretion and Limitations

Mor does not guarantee detection of all violations. Enforcement actions may be taken without prior notice in cases involving urgent safety concerns, illegal activity, or severe violations. Mor may withhold details about specific enforcement decisions to prevent circumvention of safety systems.

Mor is under no obligation to take any specific enforcement action and reserves full discretion in determining whether, when, and how to respond to potential violations.

7. Appeals

Users may appeal certain enforcement actions through Mor's appeals process.

7.1 Submitting an Appeal

Appeals must be submitted through the designated appeals process available in the app or through Mor's Support channels. Appeals submitted through other channels may not be processed.

7.2 Appeal Limitations

  • Users are generally limited to one appeal per enforcement decision
  • Some enforcement actions are not appealable, including actions taken for CSAM, credible violence threats, or clear legal violations
  • Mor may withhold details about enforcement decisions to prevent abuse of appeal processes
  • Appeal decisions are final

7.3 No Guaranteed Timelines

Mor does not guarantee response times for appeals. Appeal review times vary based on volume, complexity, and available resources. Mor may not respond to all appeals.
