Data Requests

Exercise your privacy rights and manage how we handle your personal information.

What you can request

Choose the request type that matches what you want to do:

Request Type *

Use the email address associated with your Mor account.

We use this to apply the right requirements for your location.

Who can submit a request

  • You can submit a request for your own account.

  • Authorized agents may submit requests on behalf of someone else where permitted by law. We will require reasonable proof of authorization and may require the person the request relates to to confirm the request directly.

How verification works

To protect your privacy and prevent fraud:

  • We take steps to verify your request before we share, export, correct, or delete personal data.

  • Verification typically involves confirming access to the email address provided and may require additional information depending on the request and risk level.

  • We do not process requests we cannot reasonably verify.

Timing

We respond to verified requests within 30 days. If we need more time as permitted by law, we will notify you and explain why.

What to expect

  • We will confirm receipt and provide next steps if needed.

  • We may ask clarifying questions to make sure we understand your request and complete verification.

  • If your request is denied or only partially granted, we will explain the reason when required.

Limitations and exceptions

Privacy rights vary by location and may be subject to conditions and exceptions. For example:

  • We may exclude information that would reveal another person's data, compromise security, or involve confidential business information.

  • We may retain certain records for legal compliance, enforcing our terms, preventing fraud, security, and backup integrity.

  • Some data may be de-identified or aggregated and may not be reasonably linkable back to you.

Appeals

If you disagree with how we handled your data request, you may submit an appeal through the Appeals page.
