Content Policy

How Mor sources, processes, and governs content within the Service.

Effective: January 1, 2026Updated: January 12, 2026

Editorial Discretion

Mor is a private, editorial system with sole discretion over all content decisions. This Policy operates in addition to, and without limitation of, our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of any conflict, the interpretation most protective of Mor governs.

Purpose, Authority, and Legal Posture

Mor is a private, editorial, technical, and computational intelligence system. Mor is not a neutral carrier, public forum, common carrier, public utility, archive, or publisher of record.

Mor retains sole, absolute, and continuing discretion over all content-related decisions, including what content or sources are surfaced, transformed, labeled, restricted, downranked, delisted, or removed.

Nothing in this Policy:

  • creates any obligation to host, display, preserve, rank, explain, or continue distributing any content or source;
  • creates any rights or expectations for users, publishers, or third parties; or
  • limits Mor's ability to act in its own interests.

No Endorsement or Adoption

Mor's processing, ranking, summarization, labeling, contextualization, or display of any content does not constitute endorsement, adoption, verification, agreement, or approval of any content, viewpoint, or source.

Mor does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or consequences of third-party content solely by virtue of accessing, transforming, summarizing, or surfacing it.

Private Actor Declaration

Mor is a private entity. Nothing in this Policy constitutes state action, public function, delegation of governmental authority, or governmental compulsion.

No Standard of Care

Any references in this Policy to terms such as "reasonable," "appropriate," "credible," or similar language are used solely for internal framing and do not establish any duty, standard of care, or legally enforceable obligation owed to any user, source, or third party.

Scope

This Policy applies to all content associated with the Service, including without limitation:

  • Publisher Content: third-party material accessed via feeds, links, APIs, or integrations;
  • Mor Output: AI-generated summaries, insights, classifications, rankings, or transformations;
  • User Signals: reports, flags, feedback, preferences, and interaction data;
  • Metadata and Contextual Layers: labels, warnings, ordering logic, visibility controls, and presentation decisions.

Mor does not claim ownership of third-party publisher content. Mor retains full and exclusive control over how any content is processed, contextualized, or surfaced within the Service.

Governing Principles

The following principles are descriptive only, impose no obligations, create no rights, and do not limit Mor's discretion:

  • Safety and harm reduction
  • Editorial and business judgment
  • Context over amplification
  • Adaptive and evolving standards
  • Defense-first interpretation

Failure to act consistently with any principle does not constitute a violation of this Policy.

Content That May Be Restricted or Removed

Mor may remove, restrict, label, downrank, or delist any content or source, whether or not lawful, where Mor determines such action is necessary or appropriate to protect users, third parties, the Service, or Mor's interests.

Illegal, Exploitative, or Inherently Harmful Content

Including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, terrorism, or illegal drugs.

Violence, Extremism, and Weapons

Including violent extremist promotion, manifestos, weapons instructions, or glorified violence.

Hate and Harassment

Including hate speech, dehumanization, segregationist advocacy, threats, or stalking.

Sexual Content

Including pornography, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual sexual imagery (including synthetic media).

Criminal, Fraudulent, or Deceptive Activity

Including scams, impersonation, malware, hacking guidance, or criminal facilitation.

Privacy and Personal Harm

Including doxxing, surveillance facilitation, or unauthorized private media distribution.

Misinformation and Public Harm

Mor may restrict content where, based on Mor's judgment, it presents a credible risk of material harm, considering uncertainty, evolving evidence, and real-world context. Mor is not required to definitively resolve factual disputes before acting.

Defamation and Unverified Allegations

Including false factual statements or unverified allegations posing reputational, legal, or safety risk.

Source Integrity and Editorial Controls

Mor evaluates sources using non-public, non-exhaustive signals, which may include accuracy patterns, correction practices, ownership transparency, deceptive behavior, or repeated violations.

Mor may apply labels, limit visibility, or delist sources.

No Duty to Deal

Source decisions constitute editorial and business judgment. Mor does not guarantee inclusion, ranking, traffic, visibility, or economic benefit to any source.

Confidentiality of Signals

Internal signals, models, thresholds, and enforcement logic are confidential, proprietary, and trade-secret information. Mor has no obligation to disclose them.

AI-Generated Content

Mor Output is informational, automated, and probabilistic.

Mor aims to improve accuracy and reduce bias, but errors, omissions, and bias may occur. Outputs may reflect limitations in models or source material.

Transformative Processing

Mor Output constitutes automated, transformative processing of third-party information for informational purposes only and does not create independent factual assertions attributable to Mor.

Note: Mor Output does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. See our AI Disclosure for additional information.

Enforcement Authority

Mor may take any action it deems appropriate, including removal, restriction, labeling, demotion, source delisting, or record preservation.

Actions may be taken immediately, with or without notice, using automated systems, human review, or both, including to prevent anticipated or potential harm based on risk indicators or pattern analysis.

Mor has no obligation to monitor content and assumes no liability for failure to act in any instance.

Reporting

Users may report content through designated channels. Reports do not guarantee action. Mor is not required to respond or explain decisions.

Appeals

Appeals, if offered, are voluntary, revocable, non-precedential, and discretionary.

Participation in any appeal does not create reliance, estoppel, entitlement, or any right of continued access.

Jurisdictional Considerations

Where required by law, Mor provides notice-and-action mechanisms and complaint handling. Nothing limits Mor's ability to delay, restrict, or refuse procedures to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Policy Evolution and Retroactivity

This Policy may be updated at any time. Mor may apply updates to existing content, sources, and relationships to the maximum extent permitted by law.

No Remedies

This Policy does not provide a basis for damages, remedies, or causes of action against Mor.
