EEA and United Kingdom supplemental terms.
This schedule supplements the Terms of Service. Where there is a conflict, this schedule controls for EEA/UK users.
This Schedule B applies to users located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If there is any conflict between this Schedule B and the Terms of Service, this Schedule B controls for EEA/UK users.
1. Consumer Rights
Nothing in the Terms limits rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws, including EU consumer directives and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Governing Law
The governing law clause does not deprive you of protections afforded by mandatory local law in your country of residence.
3. Arbitration
Arbitration provisions do not apply where prohibited by applicable law. Courts with competent jurisdiction may hear disputes.
4. Digital Services, Platform, and AI Regulations
Mor provides informational tools and does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of information, consistent with applicable digital services, platform, and artificial intelligence regulations.
5. Liability
Limitations and exclusions of liability apply only to the extent permitted under applicable law.
