California supplemental terms.

This schedule supplements the Terms of Service. Where there is a conflict, this schedule controls for California residents.

This Schedule C applies to California residents. If there is any conflict between this Schedule C and the Terms of Service, this Schedule C controls for California residents.

1. California Consumer Rights

Nothing in the Terms limits rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), or other non-waivable California consumer protections.

2. Arbitration

Arbitration provisions apply to the extent permitted under California law. Where arbitration is not permitted, disputes may be brought in court.

3. Liability

Limitations of liability do not apply to the extent prohibited under California law, including for non-waivable statutory rights.

4. Injunctive Relief

You may seek public injunctive relief where permitted by law.
